If you are looking for a tangle that helps you with meditation or to get into a mindful state, look for tangles with minimal numbers of strokes. Antidots, by CZT Anita Roby-Lavery is one such tangle. Rocking from left to right, start a new one, rinse and repeat! Creating a piles, stacks, or lines, whichever way you see fit to place them. Also, feel free to decorate these as you will see in the pictures below.
Finery, a Zentangle® Original Tangle, is the second tangle we looked at today. This one is beautiful! It has an organic, wavy quality. This one provides is a tad more challenging in relation to Antidots. Following the step-outs carefully, one step at a time, you can do it!!
