Theresa shared this new tangle with me, and here is the story behind it.

“I made this tangle to honor Barbara Langston, for all her hard work and effort, love for Zentangle.
Barbara is so creative, kind and understanding for beginners.

I had sent Barbara a tangle to see what she thinks and she saw the tangle I was creating for her. Barbara didn’t know that I was working this one for her. Barbara asked about it. I told her that I was just messing around. Barbara loved it.

So then I told her that I was working on this new tangle to honor her. I asked her if she had a nickname…she told me about being called Shan. Shan is a nickname that Barbara’s mother called her and her uncle also.”
