Hi Heather,
I joined your Tangle Addicts Club through PayPal (Counterpoint). I am not able to log in because I can’t remember my password and I don’t see anywhere to change the password. Also, I was charged for the membership on February 20 and 21 for $35 each day. Can you have one of these charges removed and refunded, and help me sign in? I want to be a member but I don’t want to pay twice in one month. I hope you can help.
Hi Allison! Yesterday I sent an email noticing that you had set up 2 subscriptions. I wanted to ensure it was in error. I will cancel and credit the second one.
You also should have received a welcome email with info on the club and private club page, as well as invitations to yesterday’s class. As of right now, it’s just a password protected page, the email has the password. Let me know if you are not seeing the email. Check your junk/spam folder too.
