Love the heart tangle. Question: When you shade with the pencil you then used an implement to spread the shade, like a tiny eraser. What is that implement.
Hi Alice, It’s called a tortillion. They are basically rolled up paper. Use it on it’s side, with small circles or a side to side motion to create a gradient. There are also similar tools called stumps, they are more like packed paper. They are inexpensive.
