Notan is a Japanese design concept involving the play and placement of light and dark elements as they are placed next to the other in the composition of art and imagery. We will take this a step further and incorporate tangles in contrasting colors.
We were introduced to Notan from CZT Lynn Fisher, who learned it from CZT Sandra Philips, who learned Notan at Tangle U, put on by CZT Elaine Hoffman, and decided to add some Zentangle to it. Thank you Sandra!!! Oh MY Gosh did we ever have fun with this!!!
The replays of these sessions are available to Tangle Addicts Club members and those that paid for the class individually. Click HERE if you would like to purchase the replays or contact me (Heather@tangleaddicts.com)
